H. Devon Collins
is a shareholder with Ogletree Deakins where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. His practice primarily focuses on advising and defending employers of all sizes in a wide range of labor and employment contexts. He has represented employers in matters including compliance and litigation regarding the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the National Labor Relations Act, defamation of employees, and employment contract law. Mr. Collins has substantial experience defending employers in litigation and trials in state and federal courts across the country. Further, he has defended countless charges filed with the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and similar state employment commissions. Mr. Collins also works closely with employers to ensure that problems do not reach litigation by consulting on appropriate methods to manage risk in the workplace and performing workplace training. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he also served as the editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Mr. Collins is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio, and the Eastern District of Michigan.

Michael O'Neil
is an associate attorney at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA, with a practice focus in the firm's Employment group. He assists clients with a wide range of workplace matters, ranging from wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims to reviewing and drafting employment and separation agreements. Beginning his tenure at McCarthy Lebit as a law clerk, Mr. O'Neil collaborated closely with attorneys across multiple practice areas, gaining valuable firsthand experience. Through his work, he discovered that employment law was the area where his skills and interests could be most effectively applied to make a meaningful impact. Mr. O'Neil provides strategic guidance to clients on a variety of employment matters, with the majority of his practice devoted to representing individuals in wrongful termination claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He also handles employment-related disputes concerning wage hour laws, including matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as well as breach of contract and restrictive covenant issues. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. O'Neil advises individual and corporate clients on employment and separation agreements. He focuses on delivering practical, results-oriented solutions that help clients navigate and resolve challenging workplace issues effectively while navigating complex employment regulations. Mr. O'Neil earned his bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. During his time in law school, he was a member of the Cleveland State University College of Law Moot Court Team. Additionally, Mr. O'Neil received CALI Excellence for the Future High A Awards in Employment Discrimination and Labor Law.

R. Brent Gambill
is the sole practitioner of R. Brent Gambill Law Office, LLC, where he practices in the areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, and labor law. He deals with HIPAA privacy regulations, Family Medical Leave Act, disability, military, and other leaves of absence, as well as drafting executive employment and severance agreements. Mr. Gambill is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to advise, counsel, and represent veterans as to claims for VA benefits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from DePauw University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Gambill is a member of the Ohio State, Indiana State, American, Dayton and Cincinnati bar associations.

is an attorney at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. She has more than 25 years of experience representing management in employment and labor law, and is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Ms. Corso has written several articles and spoken at numerous seminars to community business groups on employment law topics. She is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of Ohio and the U.S. Federal Court in the Northern District of Ohio. Ms. Corso earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

is a partner in the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. He practices in the fields of labor and employment, and workers' compensation, representing various companies before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Russell has been certified as one of the state of Ohio's first specialists in the field of workers' compensation by the Ohio State Bar Association. A substantial portion of his practice also involves labor arbitrations, employment litigation, and workplace safety issues. Mr. Russell is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

James G. Burkhardt
is an arbitrator and mediator at his firm James Burkhardt, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, where he practices arbitration and mediation of workplace disputes, including labor-management, grievance, discipline, discrimination, wages and hours, employment covenants, and contracts. Mr. Burkhardt has represented public and private sector employers and employees, and now helps resolve workplace disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. He earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State and his J.D. degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Burkhardt is a certified specialist in labor and employment law; Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council - NLRB CLE chair; and State Employment Relations Board (Ohio) Fact Finder roster. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Jamya Terry
is an associate in McDonald Hopkins' Litigation Department and a member of the Energy Practice Group. She specializes in a wide range of energy-related matters, including real property matters, such as eminent domain lawsuits, right-of-way encroachment and enforcement lawsuits, easement issues, and lawsuits involving significant personal injury, and real and personal property damages. Ms. Terry's practice also extends to labor and employment, where she advises and supports clients on employment law issues, including employee leave, overtime, termination and layoff decisions, and workplace injury and workers' compensation matters. Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, she gained valuable experience as a legal extern at a global power management company and a major energy provider. At the energy company, Ms. Terry worked on regulatory compliance, environmental matters, labor and employment issues, and litigation, while also gaining first-hand knowledge of the gas industry's operations and compliance needs. Key highlights of her experience at the power management organization include negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, e-discovery, arbitration, and more. Additionally, Ms. Terry was an energy law clerk at McDonald Hopkins before returning to the firm as an associate. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Terry served as the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Bowling Green State University.
